Biographical Information

Alec was born in Ashby de la Zouch, the fourth son of John and Mary Hulme Reed of Elmville Avenue, Scarborough. He worked as a bank clerk for the Union of London and Smith’s Bank on Westborough, Scarborough.

He died of wounds in France on 5/4/1918 aged 21.
